Paella Valenciana
€16Our family recipe since 1977, prepared with prawns, squid, mussels, clams, spices and homemade broth. The dish that more than any other tells the story of El Caracol.

Spanish cuisine and Lunigiana flavours since 1977, with views over the valley
At El Caracol, the cuisine is born from the meeting of two roots: the Spanish tradition brought from Galicia and the flavours of Lunigiana. Our paella, the Polpo alla Gallega and the zarzuela live alongside local dishes such as testaroli, porcini mushrooms and torta d'erbi, in a menu that truly tells our story.
Since 1977 this identity lives every day in the kitchen, where Gianmarco and Federica continue to work with carefully chosen ingredients, precise gestures and the same care as always.
